Humpty Dumpty

I think Nursery Rhymes are so important to introduce to children at this age it is great for language development. The FunShine Express not only emphasizes on a new nursery rhyme but gives you art and different activities to reenforce it in the class.

This is the art project we got for Humpty Dumpty in the curriculm each child got their own pattern and after we painted them they glued on his arms and legs.

Ok teacher this post is to remind you to be open to handy-downs second hand toys craft supply felt whatever people are willing to give you. These cars were donated by one of or Bumble families after his birthday party. Now they're did not last very long (a week) but we had them for a week and the Bumbles loved them.

Panda Blocks

I bought these last year for my 4's they were a bit pricy but are a class set super durable  and even my 2's love them.

Worms

I love this art that was added into the FunShine Express they gave me everything I needed to do this craft. Punch out words construction paper and grass(festoons)

Look at the placement on the sticker eyes that was all the littles we just suggested where it should go.

Dry erase Markers

Ok now before you "flip your chickens" that I let Littles draw on the table look at that circle. WOW what amazing fine motors :) the first step to writing is drawling shapes and what a great way to make it fun. Dry erase makers come off the tables and we talk about them being special markers we us at school.

Can you believe it there is only 2 months left I can't believe how much the bumbles have grown. I ammit that in the beginning the were days my team teacher in I all we could do was laugh cause we felt like all we did was wipe tears and bottoms. But slowing and surely their attention span stretched and their comfort set it so there were no need for tears. They slowly one at a time were potty trained and I am very impressed with there development his year. Way to go bumble. We will be spending the next 2 months getting ready for the 3 year old class.
